Blake Russell has a strong background in quality and continuous improvement. Blake is currently the Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement at Zurn Elkay Water Solutions. Blake Russell has a Master's degree in Engineering Management (MEM) from Northwestern University, which was obtained from 1995 to 1997. They also hold a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Ceramic Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned from 1983 to 1987. In addition, Blake Russell obtained a Master Certificate in Project Management (PM) from The George Washington University, completed between 1999 and 2002. They have also acquired additional certifications, including "How to Be a Good Mentee and Mentor" from LinkedIn and certifications in Certified Quality Auditor and Certified Quality Manager from ASQ.
