Blake Russell

Blake Russell has a strong background in quality and continuous improvement. Blake is currently the Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement at Zurn Elkay Water Solutions. Prior to this, they held the same role at Elkay Manufacturing from 2017 to 2022. Before that, they worked at Robert Bosch, where they served as the Director of Quality, Supplier Quality, and Continuous Improvement from 2008 to 2016. Blake also held the position of Quality and Environmental Systems Manager at Robert Bosch from 2003 to 2007. Earlier in their career, Blake worked at Motorola, where they held several quality-related positions, including Quality Manager for Global Telecom Solutions in Latin America and Quality Manager for Network Services in Latin America. Blake started their career at Motorola in various quality, development, and process engineering positions. Overall, Blake has extensive experience in quality management, continuous improvement, and project management.

Blake Russell has a Master's degree in Engineering Management (MEM) from Northwestern University, which was obtained from 1995 to 1997. They also hold a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Ceramic Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned from 1983 to 1987. In addition, Blake Russell obtained a Master Certificate in Project Management (PM) from The George Washington University, completed between 1999 and 2002. They have also acquired additional certifications, including "How to Be a Good Mentee and Mentor" from LinkedIn and certifications in Certified Quality Auditor and Certified Quality Manager from ASQ.
