Leo Hilzendeger

Leo Hilzendeger is a seasoned logistics professional with extensive experience in international logistics management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of International Logistics at Zurn Elkay Water Solutions since September 2022, Leo develops and executes global freight strategies. Prior expertise includes a tenure at Kimberly-Clark, where Leo was responsible for managing a $195 million ocean freight budget and leading global procurement strategies. Leo also held managerial roles in corporate transportation at Newell Rubbermaid, providing oversight for various freight modalities, and began a career in logistics with positions at UPS and McCollister's Transportation. With a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Marketing, and International Business from Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, Leo brings a robust academic and professional foundation to logistics and supply chain management.
