Troy K. Williams has over 25 years of experience in major mining, oil and gas, energy, and infrastructure projects, holding senior positions and providing project management services. Currently serving as a Construction Supervisor at Zutphen Contractors, Troy oversees daily construction duties focused on highway construction and upgrading. Previous roles include working as a Supervisor at Northeast Construction Ltd., where Troy managed various windmill projects, and as President at Templar Group Inc., delivering integrated project management services. Additional experience includes positions at Nalcor Energy, Syncrude Canada, and Irving Oil, with expertise in cost engineering, project controls, and construction supervision. Troy holds an Engineer's Degree in Mining Engineering from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor's Degree in Geology/Earth Science from St. Francis Xavier University.
