I am the Executive Vice President at Zuum App, a leading logistics platform as a solution (LPAAS) and integrated platform as a solution (IPAAS) provider that offers a unified procurement and TMS SaaS solution for shippers, carriers, and brokers. With over 20 years of experience in the logistics and transportation industry, I have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, operational excellence, product market design and execution, customer success, and strategic partnerships across multiple business units and channels.

As a senior executive, I have P&L responsibility for DFM (Digital Freight Marketplace) / DFB (Digital Freight Brokerage) sales and operations, including carrier sales, carrier relations, pricing/procurement, customer success, and account solutions management. I develop and execute short and long-term goals, plans, and strategies, and ensure alignment and collaboration among the company departments. I also create, assess, and evaluate key business indicators and OKRs, and implement operational and structural changes with other senior executives. I research and identify new business ventures and opportunities for the company, and deliver leadership, mentorship, and oversight for all operational and financial areas for Zuum . I also ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
