James Saunders is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience management, education, and technical consulting. Currently serving as the Customer Experience Director at ZVRS since November 2015, James has previously held leadership roles, including Cultural and Recreation Center Director at CSD and various positions within the National Integrated Interpreting Service, focusing on interpreter resource development and managing interpreting operations. With a robust background in education, James has taught sign language and interpreter preparation at El Paso Community College and served in various capacities to support students with disabilities at The University of Texas at El Paso. Educationally, James holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology and an Associate of Applied Science in Electro-Mechanical Technology, both from Rochester Institute of Technology, along with a high school diploma from the Texas School for the Deaf.
