Melissa Safford

Melissa Safford is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and IT solutions. Currently serving as the Vice President of Application Systems at ZVRS since September 2017, Melissa established the inaugural Project Management Office and drives the improvement of internal business systems through cross-functional team collaboration. Previously, Melissa held the position of Sr. Director of IT Solutions at Windstream, where Melissa gained recognition for successfully managing complex projects following the acquisition of One Communications by Earthlink. At One Communications, Melissa served as Manager of Sales Operations & Business Analysis, focusing on company integration after a merger. Earlier in the career, Melissa was a Sr. Product Manager at Global Crossing, overseeing product life cycles in the telecommunications sector. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Sociology from the State University of New York at Oswego.
