Kelvin Soen

Kelvin Soen has extensive experience in product and software development. Kelvin began their career in 2008 as a System Implementor at Dataon Corporation (PT Indodev Niaga Internet). In 2010, they worked as a Web Developer at PT Walden Global Services, where they achieved the Travolution Award 'Best Online/Desktop Application' from the United Kingdom. In 2011, they returned to Dataon Corporation as a Project Manager. In 2014, they worked as a Project Manager at Wirecard AG. In 2015, they were the Head of Software Development at PT Go Online Destinations - PegiPegi.com, where they transformed a team of 35 people and standardized SOP for system development, deployment, QC, and scrum-wise related projects. In 2016, they became the VP Product at sleekr.co (now mekari.com). In 2017, they were the Chief Product Officer (Head of Digital Transformation) at Berca Hardaya Perkasa, where they lead the digital transformation division to develop in-house Software as a Service solution. In 2019, they became a Product Manager at VOI Technology. Currently, they are the Product Team Lead at Zwapgrid.

Kelvin Soen has a diverse educational background. Kelvin began their education in 2021 at Hyper Island, where they studied Business Development. In 2018, they obtained a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship & Innovation Management from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology. In 2019, they obtained a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the Technische Universität Darmstadt. Kelvin also holds a Bachelor of Computing in Information Technology from the Universitas Kristen Maranatha Bandung. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: Digital Marketing: Strategies, Models and Frameworks from the NUS Business School Executive Education in 2021, and Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage in 2020.
