Tolani Akintonde has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They worked as an L&D Coordinator at Zarttalent starting in 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Global Recruitment Consultant at Zarttech, where they sourced international technical experts for clients worldwide and excelled in closing recruitment processes quickly. At Specialist Medics, Tolani was a Recruitment Consultant responsible for sourcing and interacting with medical candidates, conducting interviews, and attracting top talent. They also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Fosad Consulting, where they spearheaded successful client recruitment exercises, assisted in coordinating recruitment processes, and sourced candidates using various channels. Tolani's previous experience includes roles as a Recruitment Consultant at FoodCo Nigeria Limited, an Associate Analyst at Utiva, and the Acting President of Sanitation and Maintenance during their time at the National Youth Service Corps. Finally, as the Vice President of Caleb University's Ignite Africa, Tolani displayed leadership skills, encouraged collaboration, and contributed to setting strategic goals for the organization.

Tolani Akintonde has a Bachelor of International Relations degree from Caleb University Lagos. In 2020, they obtained a Data Analysis certification from Utiva. Additionally, they have obtained several other certifications, including the HR Immersion Program from Coach Enife, Interviewing a Job Candidate for Recruiters, Strategic Thinking, Effective Listening, and Creating a Compelling Job Description from LinkedIn. They also completed a Content creation and Public Speaking program from Side Hustle. In 2021, Tolani completed the Jobberman Softskill training and obtained a Data Analytics & Visualization certification from KNOWLEDGE EXCHANGE CENTRE. They also obtained certifications in Emotional Intelligence from LinkedIn and as an Associate Professional in Human Resources International (aPHRI) from Certification Edge. In 2022, Tolani obtained additional certifications in Learning Data Analytics from LinkedIn and HR Immersion Program from Coach Enife. They also completed the fundamental of digital marketing certification from Google in 2020 and a Customer Service Representative Certification (CSRC) from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers in 2019.
