Dawn Valverde

Dawn Valverde is the Vice President of Wellness & Employee Engagement at Zwicker & Associates. Dawn has over 15 years of experience in human resources and management.

Dawn started their career as a co-founder of Client Line Consulting, a temporary and permanent staffing company specializing in the insurance, finance, and IT industries. Dawn then became the business manager of Robert Sheffield D.D.S., Inc., where they were responsible for all facets of the company, including accounting, human resources, and operations.

In 2007, Dawn became the West Coast Region Human Resources Director at AXIANT, LLC (formerly Eskanos & Adler). In this role, they were responsible for all human resources functions for the company's west coast region.

In their current role as Vice President of Wellness & Employee Engagement at Zwicker & Associates, Dawn is responsible for developing and implementing employee wellness programs, as well as designing employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive work-life balance. Dawn is also responsible for managing the company's human resources department.
