Kelsey Harclerode is an experienced attorney currently working at ZwillGen since September 2019, previously holding the role of Associate Director at APCO Worldwide from December 2017 to August 2019, along with various positions in public affairs. Prior to these roles, Kelsey completed a Legal Fellowship at ZwillGen PLLC and served as a Research Assistant at the Center for Governmental Responsibility under Dean Emeritus Jon Mills. Additional experience includes working as a Certified Legal Intern at the Office of the State Attorney for the 8th Judicial Circuit of Florida, as a Legal Intern at several organizations including the Electronic Frontier Foundation and the UF Intimate Violence Assistance Clinic, and as a Certified Victim Advocate. Kelsey holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida’s Fredric G. Levin College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Women's Studies from the University of Florida.
