Durga Phalke Mane

Durga Phalke Mane has a rich and diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2001, they worked as a University approved Lecturer in Pharmaceutics at Dr.Padmashri Dr. Vithalrao Vikhe Patil college of Pharmacy, where they taught various subjects, guided students, and also served as an Academic and Course coordinator.

In 2003, Durga joined Lotus Labs Pvt Ltd as an Executive in Quality Assurance, where they were responsible for ensuring quality standards. Durga then briefly worked as a Senior Executive in Quality Assurance at Clinisearch Biotechnologies before moving to Reliance Clinical Research services Pvt Ltd in 2005. At Reliance, they served as the Head of Quality Assurance, leading a team of auditors and overseeing the quality of clinical research activities. Durga handled multiple regulatory inspections during their time there.

In 2010, Durga joined Wockhardt as a Quality Assurance Manager, responsible for ensuring the quality of domestic and international trials and global pharmacovigilance conducted by the company. Durga'srole involved conducting audits, including study-specific and vendor audits, and managing global quality assurance.

Following their time at Wockhardt, Durga joined Medpace in 2012 as a Manager of Quality Assurance for the Asia Pacific region. Durga then transitioned to Cognizant Technology Solutions in 2013, where they held the position of Associate Director, Quality Assurance (Delivery Excellence). In this role, Durga focused on maintaining quality standards in project delivery.

Most recently, in 2022, Durga Phalke Mane joined Zydus Group as the Head of Quality and Compliance (global), where they oversee quality and compliance practices on a global scale.

Throughout their career, Durga has demonstrated a strong commitment to quality assurance, extensive experience in regulatory inspections, and leadership in managing teams.

Durga Phalke Mane completed their education as follows:

- From 1998 to 2001, they attended C.U.Shah College of Pharmacy, S.N.D.T University, where they obtained their M.Pharm degree in Pharmacy, specializing in Quality Assurance.

- In the years 2010 to 2012, they studied at Sikkim Manipal University and earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Operations Management.

- Between 1993 and 1997, they attended Y.B.Chavan College of Pharmacy, Dr.Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, earning their B.Pharm degree in Pharmacy subjects.

- Durga completed their secondary education at Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur School Aurangabad from 1981 to 1991, obtaining their SSC degree from SSC Board.

Durga also holds several additional certifications, including CQI and IRCA Medical Devices - Quality Management Systems Auditor/Lead Auditor Training Course from BSI, and the DSCI Certified Privacy Lead Assessor certification from the Data Security Council of India.
