Connie E. is an accomplished business owner and entrepreneur, serving as the founder and CEO of Mexican Food Tours since June 2012, a leading culinary company in Mexico City focused on showcasing the city’s diverse food offerings. Additionally, Connie is a co-owner of Grupo Rexa, a family-owned business established in 2002 that specializes in constructing and selling industrial properties to prominent companies in Mexico. Prior experience includes a marketing role at BBVA en México and a position as a senior consultant at Deloitte, where strategic market research was conducted. Connie holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Public Policy and Public Administration from The London School of Economics and Political Science, an MBA from IPADE Business School, and a BA in Political Sciences from Universidad Iberoamericana.
