Caylie (Rentsch) Wells

Caylie (Rentsch) Wells has held a variety of roles in their career. In 2013, they were an Occupational Therapist Intern at Edward Hospital. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at TEKsystems, first as an Account Manager and then as a Technical Recruiter. In 2016, they attended DESIGNATION Labs, an immersive digital design bootcamp, where they developed their design skills. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Product Designer at Lessonly, where they supported a cross-functional squad within the product team and was responsible for customer research, workshop facilitation, solution proposals, prototype design, user testing, hi-fidelity wireframes, and design enhancements. Since 2020, they have been a Product Designer at ActiveCampaign. Most recently, they were hired as a Senior Product Designer at Zylo, beginning in 2022.

Caylie (Rentsch) Wells obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Indiana University Bloomington between 2009 and 2013. Caylie also holds a Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification.
