Ethan Formo

Ethan Formo is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, sales, and healthcare. Currently serving as a Territory Manager at Zynex Medical since December 2022, Ethan also co-founded and leads Stitches on Site as CEO since February 2021. Previous roles include Partnership Manager at Capsule, District Sales Manager, and Account Manager at Medline Industries, LP, as well as Certified Athletic Trainer at Fairview Health Services. Ethan is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree at Bethel University, expected to graduate in 2008.
