Samantha Kerr has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Samantha began their career as a Sales Associate at Gap Inc./Old Navy from 2008 to 2011. In 2012, they worked at University Information Technology Services, initially as a Technology Center Consultant and later as a Technical Team Consultant and Consultant Supervisor until 2014.
From 2014 onwards, Samantha transitioned into the field of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and web design. Samantha worked as a Web Design Intern at Quantum 7 for six months in 2014. Following that, they joined Hanapin Marketing as a Production Specialist from July 2014 to August 2015. Samantha then advanced to the role of CRO Manager at the same company from August 2015 to January 2017.
In 2017, Samantha moved to Brainlabs, where they held the positions of Associate Director of CRO from February 2020 to April 2021 and Director of CRO from April 2021 to June 2022. Their responsibilities likely involved overseeing and strategizing CRO initiatives.
Subsequently, they joined Conversion Sciences as a Conversion Scientist in July 2022, before joining 1-800Accountant as a Conversion Rate Optimization Manager in November 2022, where they are currently employed.
