Benjamin Ensor is the Director of Research at 11:FS, where Benjamin leads a team of Researchers and Strategists in developing human-centric digital financial services strategies. Prior to their current role, Benjamin worked as an Independent Research Consultant and Vice President & Research Director at Forrester Research. With experience in consumer financial services research, technology impact analysis, and business strategy development, Benjamin brings a wealth of knowledge to the industry. Additionally, Benjamin has a background in journalism and holds a B.A. in Modern History from the University of Oxford.
