Minyan Li has been employed by three companies. In 2018, they began working as a Research Associate at The Scripps Research Institute, where they conducted C-H activation research at Prof. Jin-quan Yu's lab and fully applied High-Throughput-Screening into the reaction development. In 2019, they moved to The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, where they worked as a Scientist. In 2022, they began working as the Director of High Throughput Experimentation, Automation Chemistry for 1859 Inc.
Minyan Li began their education in 2007 when they earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Nankai University. Following this, they attended the University of Pennsylvania, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Organic Chemistry in 2017. Minyan is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science at the Georgia Institute of Technology, which they are expected to complete in 2024.
