Nikhil Dev has over 25 years of experience in service operations and technical supervision. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Service Desk Operations at 1901 Group since April 2019, Nikhil previously worked at DISH Network from January 2006 to April 2019 as an Advance Technical Supervisor, where responsibilities included supervising employee activities related to sales, service, and customer account management. Early career experience includes a role as Market Research Executive at Modi Xerox from July 1998 to October 2001. Nikhil holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a focus on Marketing from Jagan Institute of Management Studies (1996-1998) and a Bachelor of Science in Botany from Delhi University (1993-1996).
