Natalie Lorenz Anderson has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Natalie currently serves as a Public Company Board Director and member of the Environment and Sustainability Committee at OPT, a provider of intelligent maritime solutions. Natalie is also a Director on the Board of Directors at 247Solar, Inc., where they are responsible for overseeing operations. Additionally, they hold the position of Director on the Board of Directors at Embr Labs, a company dedicated to unlocking the therapeutic power of temperature. Previously, Natalie served as the Vice President on the Board of Directors at Girl Scouts Nation's Capital and as a Board Member and Chair of the K12 STEM Outreach Committee at TJ Partnership Fund. Prior to these roles, they worked at Booz Allen Hamilton for over 30 years, serving as a Senior Vice President in Cybersecurity and technology delivery, with a focus on Energy, Environment, and Sustainability.
Natalie Lorenz Anderson earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) between 1980 and 1984. Natalie then pursued further education at The Johns Hopkins University, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from 1984 to 1989.
In addition to their formal education, Natalie has also achieved two certifications. In August 2019, they obtained the Girl Scout Gold award from the Girl Scouts of the USA. Furthermore, in November 2021, they earned the NACD Directorship Certification™ from the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD).
