Michelle Bellamy Mangum

Michelle Bellamy Mangum is an experienced executive with a strong background in operations, government relations, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at 26Health since April 2024, Michelle previously held the role of Vice President of Operations. Prior experience includes positions as Director of State Engagement at Shatterproof and Director of Government Relations at True Health, where Michelle developed and executed strategies to influence public policy. Additional leadership roles include Executive Director/CEO at Seminole Work Opportunity Program and Vice President of Vocational Services at Quest, Inc. Michelle holds an M.P.S. in Public Service Management from DePaul University and a B.S. in Sociology from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
