Tatjana Gerling

Tatjana Gerling serves as the Ambassador to Japan for 2X Global since March 2023, where responsibilities include promoting a gender-lens investment platform and facilitating its launch events in Japan. Since June 2017, Tatjana has held the role of Senior Environmental and Social Officer at FMO, focusing on environmental and social oversight for restructurings and non-performing assets, as well as providing E&S advice for agribusiness investments across multiple regions. Additionally, since September 2022, Tatjana has been an Advisory Board Member at the Association of Sustainable Development Experts in Ukraine, advocating for the integration of ESG principles in sustainable development. Tatjana's previous experience includes significant positions at WWF, the World Wildlife Fund, and various international organizations, alongside an impressive educational background with multiple degrees in environmental management and business administration from institutions such as the University of Groningen and ESMT Berlin.
