Paula Kube

Paula Kube has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Paula started their career as a Pharmaceutical Representative at Parke Davis Pharmaceuticals in 1989, where they generated significant annual sales and managed a 400 physician territory. Paula then worked as a Physician Recruiter at Oakwood Hospital & Medical Center from 1994 to 1996, where they collaborated with hospital administrators and department heads to customize physician searches and implemented a successful marketing plan. From 2006 to 2013, they owned and operated their own business, Sew On and Sew On, specializing in custom window coverings and home goods. During this time, they developed a referral marketing plan that significantly grew their customer base. Paula also gained experience as a Geriatric Social Worker at Premier, Inc. Woodward Hills from 2009 to 2015, managing a unit of short and long-term residents and providing support services to residents and families. Their sales experience includes working as a Territory Sales Representative at Patterson Dental Supply from 2015 to 2016, driving sales growth across multiple product categories, and as a Digital Technology and Restoration Specialist at Henry Schein from 2016 to 2018, where they excelled in digital technology sales, exceeding sales targets and generating leads. Currently, they are the Director of New Business Development at 3D Scan IT, Inc., responsible for generating revenue and increasing sales of measurement, inspection, and reverse engineering services through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.

Paula Kube earned their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a Science concentration from Miami University, where they studied from 1985 to 1989.
