Jeffrey R. Lavers

Jeff Lavers is the President of 3M’s Consumer Business Group. Home to some of 3M’s most iconic brands, this business serves global consumers and consists of construction and home improvement, stationery and office supplies, home care, and consumer health care.

Throughout his career Jeff has held leadership roles spanning all four of 3M’s business groups, including positions in the company’s health care and industrial businesses, and most recently as leader of the automotive and aerospace business. He previously led the construction and home improvement business, and the company’s corporate marketing and sales organization. Jeff has lived and worked internationally for 3M, and always with a great passion on exceeding customer expectations. He joined 3M in 1987 as a health care sales representative.

Jeff earned his bachelor of business administration degree in marketing and finance from the Robert O. Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque. He is a member of the Marketing Leadership Council, and serves on several non-profit and community boards.

Jeff enjoys outdoor activities, spending time with his wife and two children, and passionately following the Chicago Cubs.
