Matthias Ediger

Matthias Ediger is an experienced professional in the field of life sciences, currently serving as Head of Life Science and Senior Consultant at 42 Technology since October 2020. Previously, Matthias held the position of Chief Manufacturing Officer at Cellular Highways from April 2019 to October 2020, where contributions were made towards developing advanced cell sorters for research and clinical applications. Prior experience includes working as a Technology Consultant at The Technology Partnership from March 2011 to March 2019, with a focus on various technology and product development sectors, and as a College Research Associate at Clare College, Cambridge. Matthias also worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Cambridge and as a Development Engineer at OSRAM, focusing on high-pressure discharge lamps. Matthias holds a PhD in Physics with a specialization in Semiconductors and Nanoscience from Heriot-Watt University and a Diploma in Physics from Leibniz Universität Hannover.
