Dave Waldman has extensive work experience in various roles within the marketing and sales field.

Dave started their career in advertising agencies, working as an Account Director at Ross Advertising and Osborn & Barr Communications, where they managed advertising, sales promotion, and new product rollouts for clients such as Lennox Industries, John Deere Credit, and Merck & Company.

Dave then transitioned to the brand marketing side, working as a Manager of Advertising at Trans World Airlines, where they managed multi-million dollar domestic and international advertising budgets and supervised a team of advertising agency professionals.

Dave later joined Schultz Company as a Product Manager, responsible for managing the profit and loss of their consumer plant foods and insecticides product line, as well as leading new product development efforts.

Dave then moved to Anheuser-Busch, where they served as a Marketing Communications Manager, overseeing brand information communication to wholesalers and aligning multiple corporate departments to provide a consistent message to wholesalers.

Dave continued their career at RALCORP HOLDINGS INC as a Senior Product Manager and a Customer Marketing Manager, focusing on top-line and bottom-line growth through category and Retail Link analysis, product mix optimization, and customer-focused marketing strategies for the Snacks, Sauces, and Spreads portfolio.

Dave's experience also includes roles at ConAgra Foods (formerly Ralcorp Holdings) as a Brand Marketing Manager, Manna Pro Products as a Director of Marketing, and 8th Avenue Food & Provisions as a Customer Vice President - Sales Operations and a Director of Product Management.

Additionally, Dave has served as an Adjunct Faculty at Webster University, where they contributed their expertise in marketing.
