Andres Pimentel

Andres Pimentel, MBA, PMP, serves as the Sr. Service Operations and PMO Manager at Abbott since October 2014, overseeing four teams totaling 60 individuals across Latin America and Canada, including a PMO and two Field Refurb Centers. Previous roles at Abbott include Head of PMO, Global Service Program Manager, and Head of Implementation Project Management for EMEA, where significant process improvements and training initiatives were developed. Prior to Abbott, Andres held project management positions at Covidien and Pharma-EU s.r.o., and consulted on residential property in Prague. Andres’s career began with a role in the United States Marine Corps, where skills in security and administrative management were honed. A graduate of the University of New York in Prague with an MBA in Project Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Anglo American University, Andres has a strong foundation in both project management and business operations.
