Raja Viswas

Raja Viswas is a Senior Scientist at Abdera Therapeutics since March 2022, specializing in synthetic organic chemistry and radiochemistry. Key responsibilities include technology transfer of radiolabeling and analytical methods, preparation and review of documentation for radiopharmaceuticals, and conducting experiments utilizing advanced analytical techniques. Raja Viswas possesses extensive experience in developing standard procedures for radiopharmaceutical synthesis and has a strong background in the synthesis of small drug molecules, chelators, and complex organometallic compounds. Previous positions include roles at adMare BioInnovations, the University of Saskatchewan, the University of Sydney, and Nagoya City University, among others. Raja Viswas holds a PhD in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University and a Master’s degree in Pharmacy.
