Lauren McIsaac is a qualified professional in human resources and aquatics instruction, currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at Oceaneering since November 2021 following a promotion from HR Administrator. With experience as an Aquatics Instructor at Aberdeen Sports Village Ltd since March 2014, Lauren specializes in delivering swimming lessons to varied age groups and skill levels. Previous roles include a Human Resources Intern at IMG and a Swim Coach at Bridge of Don Swim Club, where coaching expertise was developed over a decade.
