Kermit Jones

Kermit Jones is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in internal medicine, regulatory law, and health policy. Currently serving as a Brand Ambassador at Abridge since November 2023, Kermit has been an Internal Medicine Physician at Rush Medical Center since January 2015, additionally participating in the Veteran Road Home Program. Previous roles include Associate at Hyman, Phelps & McNamara, P.C., where Kermit practiced as an FDA Regulatory Lawyer, and a White House Fellow at the Department of Health and Human Services under Secretary Kathleen Sebelius. Kermit's medical experience also includes serving as a Medical Director in the U.S. Navy and as a Flight Surgeon, along with a robust clinical background as a Physician at Kaiser Permanente Group Family Practice. Academically, Kermit holds an MPA in Health Policy from Columbia University, an MD/JD in Medical and Health Policy from Duke University, and additional credentials in Intellectual Property Law and Chemistry from prestigious institutions.
