Ahmed Deeb

Ahmed Deeb is an experienced media professional with a diverse background in sports journalism and social media management. Currently serving as a Senior Editor and Community Manager at Abu Dhabi Media since April 2021, Ahmed previously held the position of UAE Correspondent for FIFA from September 2015 to February 2023, contributing live match data for the 2018 FIFA World Cup Qualification matches. As the Founder and CEO of Sawa Sport from September 2014 to June 2022, Ahmed established a significant presence in sports media. Prior roles include Manager of Social Media at Omnicom Media Group (MENA), Senior Executive at beIN SPORTS, and various editorial positions at Emarat Sport, EREM NEWS, and EUROSPORT. Ahmed holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from United Arab Emirates University and has foundational experience in production assistance and news editing.
