Kelly Thomas

Kelly Thomas, JD, CHC has extensive work experience in the legal and healthcare compliance field. Kelly is currently serving as the Vice President of Compliance at Acadia Healthcare since May 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as the Senior Corporate Counsel at United Surgical Partners International, Inc starting from February 2022. From October 2019 to February 2022, they were a Partner at Starnes Davis Florie LLP. Kelly has also held multiple roles at American Health Partners, Inc., including Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer from March 2018 to October 2019, General Counsel from October 2014 to March 2018, and Associate General Counsel from April 2013 to October 2014. Kelly Thomas, JD, CHC completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Jacksonville State University from 1996 to 2000. Kelly then pursued further education at The University of Alabama School of Law, obtaining their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from 2000 to 2003.
