Troy Nietling, CFS, possesses extensive experience in research and development, particularly within the food, beverage, and nutrition sectors. Currently, since November 1996, Troy has been involved in feasibility formulation and the development of healthy nutrition products at Access Business Group. Prior roles include Quality Assurance and Process Chemistry at Wyeth Ayerst Laboratories, Microbiology QA for infant formula, and a position as a Laboratory Technologist at the Laboratory of Clinical Medicine. Earlier in their career, Troy worked as a canvasser for Michigan United Conservation Clubs and served as a pastry chef at D&J Bakery. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics from Central Michigan University, obtained between 1983 and 1988.
