Edward Busam has extensive work experience in product development and engineering. Edward has held leadership positions in companies such as ACCO Brands, MeadWestvaco, Integrated Technologies Engineering, and Hasbro. Throughout their career, Edward has demonstrated a strong focus on product innovation, design, and development. Edward has successfully managed cross-functional teams and suppliers, ensuring the delivery of new concepts and products that met or exceeded sales goals. Edward has also been responsible for intellectual property management, tooling coordination, and the development of design and development standards. Edward has a proven track record of achieving project-specific deliverables while meeting cost and performance expectations.

Edward Busam earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati in 1981. Edward later pursued Electronics Technology at the OMI College of Applied Science from 1990 to 1991.
