Becki Jones

Becki Jones is a seasoned Product Manager with extensive experience in user experience research and human factors engineering. Currently at Accurx since July 2022, Becki previously held roles at Mimecast from February 2018 to July 2022, where responsibilities included product management and leading various research initiatives. Prior roles also include User Experience Researcher at ICX4 Ltd and StepStone, as well as a UX Consultant at Content and Code, leveraging qualitative and quantitative methods to enhance product usability and user satisfaction. Becki's foundational experience in ergonomics stems from a Human Factors Engineer position at Mott MacDonald, where involvement in high-profile projects required in-depth human factors assessments and compliance analysis. Becki began the professional journey as a Research Assistant during an industrial placement at TNS UK, culminating in a BSc(Hons) in Ergonomics from Loughborough University.
