Justin Kirk P.e.

Justin Kirk, P.E. currently serves as Vice President of Operations and Senior Project Manager at ACECO LLC since August 2021. Previously, Justin held the position of Programs Co-Chair on the Board of Directors for the Design-Build Institute of America - Maryland from January 2020 to July 2021. From May 2015 to July 2021, Justin worked with Clark Construction Group as a Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Office Engineer. Earlier experience includes serving as a Project Engineer in the Engineer Development Program at Nicholson Construction from June 2013 to April 2015, where responsibilities involved managing quality control operations on geotechnical projects and coordinating schedules with contractors. Justin began the career with a summer internship at VanDemark & Lynch, Inc. in 2012, focusing on paving programs and stormwater management inspections. Justin earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware, graduating between 2010 and 2013.
