Prior to this, Misty Law Flurry was the owner of MLF Consulting Associates, a human capital consultancy for mid-market and large-scale client operations. Misty Law Flurry has also held positions at Xerox as Vice President of Knowledge Resources, Mellon as Director, and PwC as a Senior Consultant. Misty Law Flurry holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication from The University of Alabama and a Bachelor of Science in Language Arts from the University of North Alabama.
