Mehul Jain

Mehul Jain has a diverse work experience in the semiconductor industry. Mehul is currently working as an Engineering Manager at Achronix Semiconductor Corporation since September 2021. Prior to this role, they were a Senior Staff Hardware Engineer from July 2020 to September 2021, a Staff Hardware Engineer from August 2017 to July 2020, and a Senior Hardware Engineer from September 2016 to August 2017 at the same company.

Before joining Achronix Semiconductor Corporation, Mehul worked at Qualcomm as a Senior Hardware Engineer from March 2015 to September 2016. Prior to that, they were a Sr Design Engineer at 21.co from June 2014 to February 2015, where they developed methodologies to accurately model power consumption and performance using fast spice simulators. Mehul also ran synthesis and APR on macro blocks as well as full chip.

Earlier in their career, Mehul worked at PDF Solutions as a Characterization Vehicle Development Engineer from January 2010 to May 2014. Mehul also gained research experience as a Research Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University from June 2009 to December 2009, where they worked on the custom design and layout of an ECC circuit for a robust memory design using digital communications techniques.

Mehul Jain completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, from 2004 to 2008. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University from 2008 to 2009.
