Melanie Jooste

Melanie Jooste is currently working as a Collections Team Manager at Tenacity Financial Services (Pty) Ltd since March 2009. Prior to this, Melanie held the same title at Direct Axis from June 2001 to October 2008. Melanie has a Matric degree from Portland Senior Secondary and has received training from Lee Adams Training Academy in 1995. Melanie's main responsibilities include preventing the increase of write off provisions monthly, providing deputy support to the Call Centre Manager, and fostering loyalty between the customer and the company.
