Paul Hajek

Paul Hajek is the managing director at ACT Capital Advisors. Paul has over fifteen years of experience in business coaching, management consulting, and exit/succession planning. Prior to joining ACT Capital Advisors, Paul was the COO and head business coach at Pro/Vision Coaching, Inc. where they were responsible for providing and overseeing business coaching and consulting services. Paul has also worked as a partner and senior consultant at Galliard Group where they helped grow the firm from two partners to a nationwide family business consulting organization with over 40 licensed family business advisors. Throughout their career, Paul has provided management consulting and business coaching services in the areas of strategy, finance, marketing, sales, human resources, and exit/succession planning for hundreds of clients.

Paul Hajek has a MBA from San Jose State University in Marketing and Finance. Paul also has an MS in Optics from the University of Rochester. Their BS is in Physics from Michigan State University. Paul is also certified in mergers and acquisitions from the Alliance of M&A Advisors, and is a certified value builder from The Sellability Score. In addition, they have coaching certifications in finance, leadership, marketing and sales from the Professional Business Coaches Alliance, and is a certified master trainer in exit/succession planning.
