Travis Sims has a solid background in retail operations with over 19 years of experience. Currently, they serve as the Director of Retail Operations at Action Food Sales. Prior to this role, Travis worked as the Executive Team Lead Food and Beverage at Target, where they achieved impressive sales growth and played a key role in developing and coaching teams.
