Ruslan Zats has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ruslan started their career as a Network Installer at Bay Cable Inc. in 2003 and worked there until 2004. Ruslan then joined PlayStation as a First Party QA Engineer for a brief period in 2005. Following this, Ruslan worked as a Help Desk Specialist at VNC SOLUTIONS LTD from 2005 to 2006. Ruslan then joined Attendant Network Services Inc. as a Help Desk Support Engineer from 2006 to 2009.
In 2009, Ruslan transitioned to the healthcare industry and worked as a Network Support Engineer at Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts till 2012. During this time, they also worked as a Technology Manager at Xhale O2, LLC from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Netcal Consulting, Inc. as a Network Support Engineer, leaving in 2013.
From 2013 onwards, Ruslan worked at Actiontec Electronics, initially as a Sales Engineer from 2013 to 2016, and then as a Sales Engineering Manager from 2016 to the present.
Ruslan Zats attended Heald College from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Technology. Following this, they pursued further education at DeVry University from 2006 to 2008, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Technical Management.
