Qingyu Li

Qingyu Li is a seasoned Research Manager at Acumen, LLC, with a strong foundation in project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. With extensive experience managing multiple projects related to the Outpatient Prospective Payment System (OPPS) and Medicare Wage Index, Qingyu provides valuable policy, clinical, and data analysis services to support Medicare payment policies.
