Ana Diaz Marin

Ana Diaz Marin is a seasoned professional in the field of human resources and talent management, currently serving as the People and Culture Coordinator at Adage LATAM since September 2019. Prior to this role, Ana held the position of Líder de gestión y desarrollo del talento humano at Cognox from August 2015 to May 2018, and served as Coordinadora de recursos humanos at Egasa Colombia from July 2013 to May 2015. Ana's academic background includes a specialization in Human Talent Management and Psychology from Fundación Universitaria Luis Amigo, where studies were completed from 2017 to 2018, as well as an undergraduate degree from the same institution from 2007 to 2012.
