Utkarsh Saxena

Utkarsh Saxena is the Co-founder and CEO of Adalat AI, a role commenced in October 2023. Previously, Utkarsh served as an Attorney at the Supreme Court of India from February 2012 to October 2023, and as Law Clerk to Justice D. K. Jain. Utkarsh has also worked as an Environmental Economist at The World Bank from October 2022 to July 2023 and as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) between September 2020 and September 2022. Additional experience includes a Summer Economist position with the Government of Ecuador's Ministry of Economy and Finance and various consultancy roles with the Government of India. Utkarsh's academic qualifications include a PhD in Public Policy from the University of Oxford, a Master in Public Administration in International Development from Harvard Kennedy School, a Master of Laws from Harvard Law School, and a Bachelor of Laws and a BA (Hons.) in Economics from Delhi University. Utkarsh has also been a visiting PhD student at Harvard University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
