Matthew Seabrook

Matthew Seabrook has a vast work experience in various roles and companies. Matthew began their career at ATIO as a Senior Client Services Manager, where they managed client relationships, coordinated with the account team, and resolved technical queries. Matthew then worked at Comverse as a Project Manager and Global Account Manager, overseeing technical activities, securing project execution, and contributing to quotations. Matthew later joined Openwave as a Project Manager, responsible for project planning, budgeting, and client relationship management. Matthew further progressed within Openwave to become a Senior Manager of Professional Services, representing Professional Services in client relationships and assisting in closing sales opportunities. After that, Matthew worked at Conor Solutions as the Head of Telco Solutions, where they successfully achieved sales and delivery targets and managed various areas such as project delivery, revenue, cost, and people management. Matthew also operated as an Independent Consultant during their time at Conor Solutions. Prior to their current role, Matthew served as the Head of Sales Operations & BI at Adapt IT Holdings Limited, where they managed sales operations, reported revenue numbers, and provided business intelligence information. Currently, Matthew holds the position of Head of Operations (Telecoms) at Adapt IT Holdings Limited, where they execute the business plan, leads the leadership team, and integrates major operating functions of the Telecoms Division.

Matthew Seabrook completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business, Leadership, and Knowledge from UNISA SBL in 2005. In 2007, they earned a Certificate in Project Management (PMI) from Xpert Group. In 2009, they completed the Foundation Phase of ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) at Quintica. Matthew Seabrook also obtained a Certificate in Culture from Diversity Management and a Certificate in Managing through HR from Openwave Management School, both in 2010. Additionally, they received a Certificate in Sales Management from Damelin in 1999.
