Patrick Ference is an experienced executive search and human resources leader, currently serving as Managing Partner at Adaptive Search Partners since April 2021, where specialized efforts focus on identifying adaptive leaders for companies undergoing significant changes. As a Founding Member of Inquirint since September 2020, Patrick contributes to a global network dedicated to elevating human capital needs through exceptional service. Previously, Patrick held leadership positions at Industrial Search Partners, Staub, Warmbold & Associates, Alpha Natural Resources, Martin-Brower, Brady Corporation, and Cooper Industries, demonstrating expertise in various sectors including industrial manufacturing, logistics, and oil and gas. Patrick's educational credentials include a Corporate Executive Program from Cooper University at Rice and a Bachelor of Science in Safety Sciences from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
