Megan Knapp

Megan Knapp has a diverse work experience spanning from 1997 to the present. Megan currently holds the position of Director, People Business Partner at ADC Therapeutics since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Ferring Pharmaceuticals from 2015 to 2021, where they served as Director, Human Resources and Associate Director, Human Resources. From 2007 to 2015, Megan was employed at NRT, where they held various roles including HR Director, HR Manager, and HR Generalist. Megan'searliest work experience was at Champion Mortgage, where they worked as a Group Leader in Closing Operations from 1997 to 2007.

Megan Knapp earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in Business from Penn State University. Megan attended the university from 1993 to 1997. In addition to their degree, Megan has obtained certifications including the SHRM-SCP (obtained in December 2015) from SHRM and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
