Bill Liu

Bill Liu is currently the Co-founder and COO at Seel, a Techstars Alumni for the MetLife Digital Accelerator powered by Techstars, and was previously a Web Developer at ibiblio.org and an IT Operation at UNC ITS Research Computing Center. Bill joined Seel in 2019, Techstars in 2019, ibiblio.org in 2017, and UNC ITS Research Computing Center in 2017.

Bill Liu received their Bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they studied Library and Information Science/Philosophy.
