Cary Valley

Cary Valley is a highly skilled scientist with extensive experience in quality control, biochemical assay development, and cell-based testing. Currently serving as a Senior QC Scientist at Addgene since April 2018, Cary prepares and analyzes samples for next-generation sequencing and supports initiatives to enhance QC processes. Previously, as a Scientist III at Sanofi Genzyme, Cary designed and validated assays for small molecule therapies and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams in drug discovery. Other roles include Senior Scientist at PPD, where Cary developed and performed cGMP-compliant assays, and various research positions at the University of Minnesota and University of Wisconsin-Madison, culminating in a Ph.D. in Cellular and Molecular Biology. Cary also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and has experience in website content management.
