James Dutch Schulz

James Dutch Schulz, CCM, is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Director of Sales & Hospitality at Adelsheim Vineyard since May 2022. Previously, James held the position of General Manager at American Yacht Club from April 2017 to May 2022, and prior to that, served as Director of Member Dining & Beverage Operations at Sleepy Hollow Country Club. From April 2011 to March 2016, James was the Director of Outlets at Westchester Country Club, managing labor and food and beverage costs across multiple dining outlets. Earlier experience includes roles such as Director of Restaurant Outlets at Restaurant Associates, and Restaurant Manager at Sea Levels Restaurant. James began a career in fine dining as a Captain at Eleven Madison Park. James holds two bachelor's degrees in Culinary/Hotel Restaurant Management and Hospitality Administration/Management from The Culinary Institute of America.
